GUARANTEE

• All services performed and parts replaced are guaranteed for 90 days from the pick-up date. 
• The customer is responsible for the cost of any additional parts for future services and may be required during the service center warranty period. 
• Original receipt must accompany any product/equipment to be reclaimed or reworked. 
• The service center is not responsible for (a) unit(s) left over 30 days.

• Plasma, DLP, LCD High Definition Televisions repairs include adjusting and checking the white balance, WB color, SMPS voltages, firmware where it is applicable.
• Once an item is repaired, at least several of hours of a bench testing is performed to make sure the unit functions properly prior to a customer's pick up.
