Q: Is my TV worth repairing?
A: Most TV are worth repairing while others are not. Once our field engineers have a chance to look at the unit, we can always determine if it is worth fixing.

Q: How do you handle a home service call for plasma TV?
A:
Home service calls will be a $95.00 charge including trouble shooting, estimate, and travel trip within 25 miles radius, excluded take it off from the mounted area . You only pay this charge if you decide not to have the unit fixed after receiving an estimate. If you do want the unit to be repaired, the service fee of $95.00 will be waived. Addition cost if the unit is over 50 in size.

Q: My plasma TV recently had a problem, distortion picture, Christmas tree color. Any idea?
A: Probably either SMPS or Y-Main PCB voltages were changed.
Q: Upper or lower half screen of my Plasma TV is black out, audio is fine. what went wrong?
A: It might be the address buffers problem.
Q: My LCD TV had horizontal  noise lines moving upward on the screen. What do you think?
A: Probably the  LVDS or main pcb is defective.
Q: My Mitsubishi DLP TV with Model # WD xxxxx suddenly won't turn on and the lamp LED turns red. I don't know what the problem is.  What's your suggestion?
A: Please follow this procedure and give us the error code number:

Error Code Operational Check

Note: The TV must be in “Shut Down” and not manually switched Off, to perform the Error Code Operational Check. When the TV is switched Off, the code automatically resets to “12” No Error.

Press the front panel “DEVICE” and “MENU” buttons at the same time, and hold for 5 seconds to activate the Error Code Operational Check. The LED will then flash denoting a two digit Code.

Note: The front panel buttons must be used, NOT those on the Remote Control.

• The number of flashes indicates the value of the MSD (tens digit) of the Error Code.

• The flashing then pauses for approximately 1/2 second.

• The LED then flashes indicating the value of the LSD (ones digit) of the Error Code.

Example: If the Error Code is “32”, the LED will flash three times, pause, and then flash two times.

• The Error Code is repeated a total of 5 times.

Q: My Plasma TV was working last night, but I cannot turn it on now. What went wrong?
A: Unplug the AC power core and wait for a couple of minutes then plug it back then turn it on. If not, usually It could be SMPS board, logic or main board. Sometime it's caused by the Y-main, Y-buffers or X-main board
